Our location is North Bangkok and the surrounding districts
where we mostly operate from, which is only about 15
minutes drive to Bangkok International Airport and Future
Park-Rangsit shopping complex, one of the very big and modern clean shopping
malls in Thailand.
Our services are fairly wide and varied but we do offer a free, reliable, helpful, honest, and professional service to our local and international clients who are always happy to refer our services to others. Our staff are fluent in both the English and Thai languages.
We have been engaged in this line of business for over 10 years, and
our Thai Manager has previously lived and worked in
Europe and Central America for over twentysix years, therefore we
are fully conversant with both the East and Western cultures, to
reassure you that our services are highly professional and we are
totally dedicated in pursuing all tasks that
we accept with a sense of responsibility and urgency.
1. Primarily our main task is home finding, we try to find the
right home, in the right place, at the best price
obtainable, without charging our clients for this service, and take
great pride in doing so.
2. We provide Real Estate Agency Services, where both the owners and
clients contact us regularly for assistance in marketing
and finding properties, but we are constantly searching to find
top quality properties which are good value for money to keep our clients
happy and satisfied.
3. Marketing is one area where we try our best to assist property
owners market their various properties and we do provide this Goodwill
service, but only charge owners the standard comission if we find a client
to rent, lease, or purchase their property.
4. We provide a management and maintenance service
in certain areas within our locality for property owners who do not
have the time to manage these extra tasks themselves, and at present we
manage quite a few properties.
5. We take pride in the fact that we assist all clients
irrespective of whether they are seeking a big factory to
purchase, or a small studio apt to rent, many Agents do not entertain low
cost rentals
6. Remember ! when searching for a home or property, we provide this
as a free service irrespective what transport costs we incurr in showing you
various places. Once you have found the right propertry,
we then assist you in arranging all the formalities like checking contracts
and guiding you through the many procedures and formalities
necessary in Thailand, as we have ten years experience in this
line, and know the pitfalls and minefields that lay ahead.
